Overview of Trisandhya Path

The three sandhya times of the day—dawn, lunchtime, and dusk—are when the Trisandhya Path's special mantras and rituals are repeated and carried out. Here is a simplified overview of the Trisandhya Path:

Instructions for Trisandhya Path:

1. Morning (Dawn) Sandhya:

   - Get up before the sun comes up and cleanse yourself (bath, etc.).

 - Face east and offer  water to Suryadev and start reciting  Gayatri Mantra and other ceremonies.

 - Gayatri's mantra is as follows:"ॐ भूर् भुव स्वाहा, तत् सवितुर् वरेण्यं, भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि, धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्।"

2. Midday Sandhya:

   - Around midday, typically around noon, one can perform the second Sandhya.

   - Recite prayers and mantras to invoke the sun's energy and seek blessings.

3. Evening (Dusk) Sandhya:

   - Perform the evening Sandhya just before sunset.

   - Face the west and recite prayers while offering water to the setting sun.

   - Continue with the recitation of Gayatri Mantra and other mantras.
